Preserving Small Businesses in India – The Significance of “लुप्तप्रा य” The term “लुप्तप्रा य” highlights the plight of small businesses in India that are currently at risk of extinction. Unfortunately, many of these vocations are fading into obscurity, with younger generations being less familiar with them. While India was renowned for these professions in ancient times, the number of artisans and skilled professionals in these fields has dwindled significantly. It’s crucial to protect and preserve these vital small businesses to ensure their survival for future generations.
Exploring the concept of change and continuous progression, the artwork “Chakra” was created. The painting symbolizes the never-ending cycle of how things evolve and transform over time. While working on this piece, I aimed to convey my emotions through a palette of earthy tones, creating a visual representation of my thoughts. My goal was to make the painting pleasant to the viewer’s eye while also providing a mirror of my thoughts. It’s a window into my experience, inviting others to feel and live in that moment with me. As with all forms of art, “Chakra” is open to interpretation. Some may see it as a representation of the different stages of life, while others may view it as a reflection of the changing seasons. Regardless of how one chooses to interpret it, the message remains the same: change is an inevitable part of life, and we must learn to embrace it. The painting serves as a reminder to cherish every moment and to appreciate the beauty that can be found in even the smallest changes.
